REGULATION OF AWARD
Article I - Conditions for participation:
1, may participate in the "International Short Story Award Juan Rulfo" writers over age, according to the laws of each country in this respect, with a English-language work, original and unpublished, that has not been submitted to another pending award and whose author has not assigned or pledged to third parties the rights to edit and / or playing it in any form. Free theme.
2 ° Participants must use a pseudonym, the entrant's name will not be known until the jury determines the winning story. At different stages of selection of entries will be identified by his pseudonym to ensure anonymity.
3 ° Premio Juan Rulfo "is a form of homage to the work of Juan Rulfo. Participation it implies a commitment to himself by the contestants.
4 ° Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of these rules in their entirety. The award is governed by French law, a country in which the competition coordinator RFI has its headquarters.
5 ° The story does not exceed twenty pages, twenty-two lines per page, typed double-spaced and on one side.
6 The award of the prize will be void if failure of the conditions.
Article II - Registration of works:

2 ° By registering candidates acknowledge and accept without reservation the terms of this regulation. Acknowledgment will be forwarded computer.
3 ° The deadline for submission of works ending August 31, 2010 at 12 pm.
Article III-selection of candidates and the jury:
1 ° It will be a reading committee, composed of specialists in literature selected by the Institute of Mexico in Paris, RFI, the House of Latin America and the Cervantes Institute, which will make a shortlist from the works received. Jury decisions are taken by simple majority. The deliberations will be secret.
2 ° The selected stories will be sent to jurors who will choose the winner.
3 ° during the different stages of selection will keep the anonymity of the participants, to ensure transparency and impartiality of the prize.
4 ° The jury shall consist of the following persons: Aline Schulmann, Eduardo Ramos Izquierdo, Alberto Vitale, Antonio Jiménez Barca, Jacques Aubergy, Bernardo Toro, Jacques Aubergy, Greece Cáseres.
5th deliberations and the proclamation of the winner will take place in Paris during the first fortnight of December 2010. If so, there may be two ex-aequo winners will share the prize under the regulations. The jury's decisions are final, including reserves the right to declare it void.
Article IV - Acceptance of the prize:

Article V - Awards winner:
